Large tracts of land will be put into a trust so that it can never be developed, logged or mined.
The idea will be to create a safe haven for animals in ever state and a stopover for migratory birds.
Each forest will be 1,000 acres with thick trees and a 100 acre pond in the middle.
The forests will have ADA Compliant wheelchair accessible hiking trails.
